“The room we had was great for us. It had everything we needed, and it was clean and the air condition worked well. We had a cold room every night. After our sheets were changed the first day there was a puke smell on our next set of sheets. We said something to the cleaning lady the next morning she came in and she changed them and she was very nice about everything. Also, we had a one bedroom and I am a small person and I had a hard time getting in between the sink and the shower to sit on the……

“I really liked this place. The location was great. Staff were helpful. Pool is nice We had a 2 bedroom unit which appeared to be a full kitchen from the pictures. It was not. There was a fridge/ microwave/ a hot plate that took us a while to figure out. Other complaints it there were no locks on the bedroom doors or the bathrooms.”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“The location was great! Just on the other side of the bridge to Siesta Key. Nice pool and grill area. Beautiful updated spacious suite with living room, small dining, bathroom, separate makeup area, and big bedroom with great storage. No breakfast, but so low price and minutes from breakfast in Sarasota or Siesta Key. They had multiple vending machines and coffee all day, and an outdoor cabinet with beach chairs and toys to borrow. We highly recommend!”

“This place really had everything we needed great location on the beach and Patrick was always there to set us up with the umbrellas and chairs. We truly didn’t have to do anything. The rooms are beautiful and also had everything we needed. They even came and made beds and provided fresh towels daily. Can’t wait to go again.”

“We love Westin’s. However, during our stay which was supposed to include daily housekeeping, that did not occur. We stayed for 6 days and a few of those days, had to ask to have our room cleaned. This is part of what customers pay for and was disappointing to have to seek it out on our own.”

“We had a wonderful room. Clean and ready when we checked in. But there were only 2 working elevators and there was always an Incredibly long wait like up to 10 minutes. Additionally the dinner service at the restaurant was extremely understaffed. But overall we were very happy.”
