“Very clean and comfortable room.”

“There is no actual front office. When you get there, you have to call someone, and then text you the registration form. It is very fast, however, we were stuck in a lightening storm outside, as it started lightening while on the phone. Do not be fooled by the word “studio”. It is just a bedroom, does not even have a couch or a single chair, which can be a very exhausting experience for travelers. The A/C in our room was blowing directly on to the bed. We both woke up with sinus aggression.……

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”
