“**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.”
“Overall this property was clean, updated with comfortable bed. There were many entrances from the outside and what we did not like was there were rooms on the outside of the locking hotel doors which require a key card to get in. Which adds an additional layer of security. One of our rooms was at the top of the outdoor staircase before you had to scan to enter the hallway and other rooms. Few homeless camps outside along the street but we didn't have any negative interactions or feeling the……

"TV was broken, no discount for me, no one fix, second floor no elevator, no good to my dad, over 75 years old. Bathroom super small. Swimming pool good. "
"I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel! The walls and floors outside the room were filthy, and the floor inside the room was dirty too — only the bed was clean. Small cockroaches would crawl out from time to time! I even had to spend my own money to buy cockroach spray and place it around the room.
The only thing worth praising was the housekeeping staff — mostly Central and South Americans who didn’t speak much English, but thankfully we could communicate using translation apps on our phones.
Honestly, if it weren’t for trying to save money, I would have run away in a heartbeat!"
