“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

“The kind staff at this lovely hotel honored my last-minute reservation with grace. The suite was enormous with beautiful natural light and electric shutters, and the kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking and food prep. A problem arose with the bathroom plumbing and the staff handled it swiftly and professionally so that I did not have to change rooms. The lady who cleaned the suite after the bathroom work was done took great care to ensure the entire suite was spotless. The location is……
