“Condo was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable during the entire stay. Beach chairs and wagon was nice added touch to make the walk to the beach easier. Locating the entrance was a bit confusing on the first arrival but easy once you knew which entrance to pull into. Great location on the island.”

“We had an amazing vacation! This property was perfect for our annual HHI family vacation. The house was clean and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed! The owners were easy to contact and the response was quick! Tropical storm Debby couldn’t keep us from our favorite place. We were kept informed as we traveled about how things were on the Island! “We stayed for three nights..... Location, location, location! On the marsh! Nice to have the view from the entire villa and screened porch, kayaks were great, and the pool was really nice. This a a perfect rental for a couple. Very quiet and beautiful! The host communicated perfectly... (It does seem that there was a pet (?) odor?) We would stay here again!”

“We had a nice family vacation. Everything was clean. Close distance to the pool and beach. But, we had an issue of bad luck of leaving our beach supplies outside the door unit and all of our beach supplies were stolen sadly.. Overall the stay was good. Thank we will come again”

“Overall, our stay was great. The location is great and overall cleanliness was good. We did, however, have a couple of hiccups and communication with the property manager was sub par. The outlets in each of the bathrooms were not working. The property management company asked us to find the breaker box and reset the circuit. We couldn’t find the box and assumed it was behind the locked owner door/closet. As we looked for the breaker box, we discovered a bucket collecting water from a leak in the……

“This condo is exactly as pictured. We chose this one due to its proximity to all Coligny has to offer, i.e. walk to park, shopping, dining, beach & pool. Owner went over and above to provide a pleasant experience. ”

“The condo is just as pictured and updated and very clean. The king bed is very, very firm which was the only thing I wasn’t thrilled about. The back deck is wonderful. Do heed the alligator warning and keep pets well away from the pond out back. I saw them at least twice a day. I really appreciate that the owner allows big dogs! ”
