DIRECT OCEANFRONT with Million Dollar Views Top Floor/end unit

Oceanfront top floor unit that was completely remodeled in May of 2016. This is an end unit and very private. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony and living area. Also, the balcony and unit are shaded in the afternoon, so very comfortable sitting outside having evening cocktails. Mirrored wall in the living room makes you think the ocean is all around you. The sea breeze from the balcony is amazing and no need for a ceiling fan on the deck. Walking distance to the heart of Hilton Head, Coligny.

Stainless appliances, new sofa in June 2022, chair and table with chairs, deck pub table and chairs made out of decking material is just beautiful and perfect for looking out at the beach.

This was our 4th year in a row with a 2 week stay, and it was excellent. Unit is end unit so it's very private, and like it says it has million dollar views - for both sunrise and sunset. Plus it's conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which has lots of shops/restaurants/bars, plus a grocery store and liquor store. Highly recommend renting this unit!

Family beach fun

We really enjoyed this property and location. It fit our family of 3 well and was exactly as described. Beautiful view, cozy and close proximity to shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again!

23 S Forest Beach

Beautiful view-Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable villa! We especially liked our time on the patio with the gorgeous view and sounds of the ocean! We rented bikes and had fun biking around the island. We would stay here again!

Small but Perfect

Location Location Location This is a typical vacation rental that happens to be waterfront…and on the 3rd floor, perfect! The 1BR condo furnishings are pretty dated but functional. It’s perfect for a couple. There are bunk beds for two kids or adults???, but there is no space to get away from each other.

This was a perfect little condo for myself and my kids. Beautiful view, short walk to the beach and easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. Can't wait to go back!

We love this place!

We have spent our anniversary weekend here the last two years and will hopefully be able to go again next year. We love the view and the location is fantastic. It is close to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

Great location

If you want to be right off of the beach, with a fairly private balcony and great views, this is it. The condo is clean, with some rough edges though. Any shortcomings are made up for with the location, great parking and easy beach access.

Million Dollar View

The view from this unit has a spectacular. The weather wasn't good for the beach, but it would have been easy to get to with the walkway just at the bottom of the stairs. Unit was furnished with all the necessities. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Great location. Owner let us in early but never responded back after the initial text. There were multiple cockroaches and we did not see a washing machine on location.

The online description was very accurate. The view from this condo was absolutely perfect!! You could ask for a better location. The condo was very clean and the kitchen & bathroom was well stocked. The owner was very responsive & easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!!
