“Great location right on the doorstep on the channel. Staff really friendly, romms clean and well kept. The bar was nice and decent variety of drinks. We didn't eat as i was visiting a friend do went out but will definitely consider using again wjen I'm back down. ”

“The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. ”

“Fantastic hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. All the communal areas (bar/restaurant/reception/gardens) were very high standard. Rooms (we had small double) were exactly that, well appointed and small. The goose down pillows were extremely comfortable as was the bed. 4 x 22kwh electric chargers in the car park at a reasonable 59p/Kw Short walk to the town centre and the beach.”

“Great nights sleep in room 104. Surprisingly quiet for a ground floor room next to the car park. The fridge in the room is also really handy. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend/stay again.”

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Hotel refurbished and updated to a very high standard. We were impressed at the cleanliness and eco-awareness at the hotel, together with helpful and attentive staff. This was an all-too-short but very memorable stay.”
