“I reserved two rooms, one for my family and another for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my mother's room was not functioning properly and failed to produce cool air. While the staff was accommodating on the second night and worked to address the issue, my mother had to spend the first night in an uncomfortably hot room. During that time, staff repeatedly suggested opening the window rather than resolving the air conditioning problem. Additionally, we accidentally left……
