“room was spotless ,hotel gardens where beautiful, dinner and breakfast was amazing.reason for 3 star rating was given due to reception staff not dealing with our complaint of having no hot water when showering before dinner and was not much better the following morning.”

“We just had one night here before catching the early ferry to Isle of Arran and it was perfect. Good location with allocated parking spot. Easy check in with clear instructions upfront. Well equipped room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We had room 6 at the back, which was very quiet. Also convenient for eating out in town. Would recommend.”

“small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit”

“The property was in a quiet location near to the town and shops. Good choice of restaurants and eateries nearby. Very clean and comfortable place. Good beds. All the amenities you would require for self-catering. Very enjoyable stay. Would use this place again.”

“We could not gain entry to the hotel since we were not told how to do so at check in. This resulted in us sleeping on our friends floor. When we arrived the next morning and told the staff this they simply told us to refer to their T&Cs. I mentioned that I had not read them and expecting any paying guest to do so was not realistic. The staff were not sympathetic or helpful about this matter.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff”
