“I can’t say enough great things about this rental home. I grew up in Brewster and know the cape well. This is conveniently located to Brewster’s bayside beaches, the kettle ponds at Nickerson, and the rail trail for biking. It’s a quick walk to Cobie’s for food and ice cream. Plus, the town center, coffee shops, and other landmarks like Ocean Edge are right around the corner.The home itself is absolutely beautiful and well equipped (beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were available). “The house is very nice, the deck is spacious, the yard is extensive. The furnishings are attractive. The listing indicates the presence of a laundry, but that does not exist. I suspect it may be VRBO listing that and the host not noticing. The WiFi was out, but a strong 5G phone signal worked for me.”

“It was a great property! Centrally located in the cape, in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family. Honestly my only complaint was that the bathroom could use some additional hooks or shelves. But seriously, that was the worst thing about the property, so that says a lot! Would definitely stay here again.”
