“Nice and clean, friendly receptionist. Pool is great, amusement arcade good for kids. Reasonable rates and location on the main road through West Yarmouth. Nicely lit up for Christmas. Back area looks on to lagoon and has a fire pit and sand”

She didn't just tell us about the breakfast, the pool, etc...she took us in a small tour to show us. The room where we had breakfast was very homey with a roaring fire in the fireplace. ”
