“Tom was a great host. Easy to communicate and just a nice guy. The property was in a great location close to all the places we went to-Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Botanical Gardens, Lenox, Stockbridge and more. Home was very spacious with a great outdoor deck. Nice grill that we used several times. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience.”
