We we were in the Out of Africa room, set apart in a complex of 4 suites in a unit apart from the Inn itself. The room was uniquely created to feel like an escape to Africa, and heated by a lovely gas fireplace. The breakfast both mornings, delicious. A perfect getaway!

Comfort and Enjoyable

Rooms are very large, clean and a bit vintage. We stayed in the Shakespeare Room. Bathroom included a jacuzzi. The new owner was very friendly as well as the small staff. We enjoyed wine and cheese at 4:30, and a fabulous breakfast.

Lovely inn in Stockbridge!

My adult daughters and I met at the inn for two lovely evenings. It was wonderful from beginning to end. Jeff and Lisa were fabulous hosts and Lisa’s breakfast were absolutely amazing. The wine and cheese each early evening were such a great treat and so appreciated. Jeff and Lisa have one final week until they hand over the keys to the brand new owners. Wishing them the very best for whatever is next and great success to the new owners!

The grounds are beautiful However the interior is in poor shape. Bathrooms ( add said they have been renovated ) are old. I took some pictures… we left after 1 night didn’t stay 3 as scheduled. Moved to a different property. Price is not justifiable. Wouldn’t go back at any price

We had a nice experience here, though I think overall the price is quite high for what it was. The room itself was just okay, though very clean. The bathroom especially could have used some updating. The best part about this Inn was the breakfast, it was excellent. Great food, and the waitstaff was super friendly.

The staff was friendly, the property was clean, the breakfast was great although it would be nice if it lasted till 11 instead of 10am. The sheets were so soft and bed very comfortable. Room could use a bit of a face lift. Overall, really nice experience!

A classic New England Inn

Stockbridge is one of the most pleasant and picturesque towns in New England. Likewise, the Inn at Stockbridge is one of the nicest you will find in the region. You will enjoy the comfortable homey accommodations, outstanding breakfast, excellent service, and convenient location.

This is a beautiful inn that is comfortable and hospitable. In addition to one of the best breakfasts I've had in a B&B, the owners provide wine and cheese for a Happy Hour. It was a nice opportunity to chat with other guests. The only negative in our one-night stay was that we had a front room. the outdoor lights were directly outside our windows, and despite the blinds, kept the room mildly lit up all night. I'm a very light sleeper so this was a problem for me. If I came back, I would ask for a back room.

Jeff was a very friendly and informative host who looked after us very well. Our room was very comfortable and the surrounding area had good restaurants and interesting places to visit. We particularly enjoyed the wine and cheese in the late afternoon as it gave us a chance to chat to other guests.

The inn is wonderful. It's beautiful, historic, in a convenient location, inn keepers Jeff and Lisa are lovely and welcoming, and just all around lovely. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and the views of the property from the inn and our room were great. My husband and I came for our anniversary and loved the romantic, attractive atmosphere. It was perfect! We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
