"Just a couple miles from campus, great locale for a family stay. Bonus chocolate pretzels upon arrival appreciated. Very great communication from hosts. It is an older cottage w quirks of an older house w original bathroom w no mirror, steep staircase to basement off the kitchen, small TV, but great for playing some games and close place to sleep/shower."

"This adorable cottage was perfect for my husband, 2 small dogs, and me. We docked our fishing boat. Put the dogs on runs and basically lived in the back yard. It was quiet and somewhat shielded from neighbors. The outdoor dining room under the porch was an unexpected gem. The cottage is small, particularly the bedrooms. We slept in one and put our clothes in the other. But it’s super clean and the public space was more than enough room for us. The air conditioners cooled the house well, but if...

"We had a wonderful weekend at our daughters graduation from U Conn & the house was perfect for our needs ,beautiful lakeside location ,clean & comfortable,the hot tub was a welcome bonus !! We really appreciated the lovely hospitality of the owner ,who left balloons & Prosecco out to greet us on our arrival !!"

"The house worked out great as an alternative to getting several hotel rooms, allowing the family to all be together during graduation weekend. The lake view was beautiful, and wish we could have taken advantage of it more, but didn't have the time. Would definitely return if back in the area."

"What a wonderful weekend our book club had staying in the beautiful lake front house! So relaxing, and quiet! Great little town with charming little places to enjoy. Our visit to the local winery was so much fun and the gals there told us to check out a local town celebration which we enjoyed going to. I can’t think of one thing that would have made this weekend any better! We would definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to possibly making this a yearly destination."
