Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The Inn was clean but quite dated, with an almost over-whelming smell… hard to describe other than “old”. With a few updates I believe it could be quite nice.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our child and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and quiet, with a nice, well-maintained property. The location was also a big plus — it was within walking distance of the plaza with plenty of shops and stores, which was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Traveling with family the hotel was very clean and all staff was welcoming with a smile. There was ample parking and the pool and hot tub was a very nice amenities. It is located very close to stores for shopping and food. There is also a movie theater about 5 minutes away. A very nice place to get away can’t wait to get a chance to go back.

The staff were really helpful. I didn’t have utensils and they provide me with some, going above and beyond. my room was spot clean. The showerhead was very strong which I liked. Water was very warm, which was an added plus for uconn. it’s so close inconvenient to uconn storrs. I had a perfect one night day for an important business meeting that I had the morning after. I have been here before and I would definitely stay here again. The only thing off this time was body wash dispenser was empty but not enough to give it less than 5-star rating though.

Comfy room and beds, nice warm pool, some fast breakfast foods and convenient location to other stores. They have a crib for babies. No elevator though (we have a baby, stroller and suitcase), and the body wash connected to the wall ran out even though we only stayed one day (no big issue and i didn’t complain but it could be maintained at a half bottle). The hot tub was also too hot to use. But we had a good stay!

I stayed here for the first time last week. The front desk person was very kind and inviting. My room was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again any time! Great vibes and hot tub- right next to UCONN! Sweet price too compared to area hotels that are not as clean! 5 stars!
