“The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.”

“Great place in a wonderful location. The staff was excellent!!”

“The lady in the front desk is not nice and friendly. This is an old house with a strange smell. Not clean enough.”

“Very nice and central to Duval night life.”

“Doesn't present in real life like it does online. Hallways were hot. Pools were very small and we felt like sardines in a bathtub. The room itself was styled well.”
