“Our room was right across from a room used for housekeeping items. It is often very loud in the morning and at night time. The last night we were there, not sure if it was guests or employees but people were talking very loud in the hallway and in the rooms. Lasted until almost 11:30pm and again in the morning. Second day, we did not get housekeeping service until late afternoon. By that time, the housekeeper gave us new towels in exchange for the used ones. Fitness center had clean towels……
