“A cute little house but cleaning was haphazard at best. It made me wonder about the cleanliness of the linens. Also, tub had a slow drain. Everything else was ok.”

“Simple and quiet. We enjoyed the simple nature of this house. We were looking for a house with little home decor that we would need to remove with having little kids and we appreciated that about this house. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you do not notice any road noise. Looking forward to the continued renovations like curtains in the bedrooms. Odd for the Vrbo property to not have full access to the property like the basement and the garage. Wonder if guests will have access to...

“The home was just as described, clean, beautiful, and so comfortable! Exactly what our family needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!”

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

“Dolly’s Haven was the perfect place to relax while visiting Huber Heights. The rooms were cute and beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were clean and functional. We didn’t use the game room much but it was full of activities to keep us busy if we wanted something to do”

“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...
