“Owners are very good about communication. We had an unexpected issue we had to alert them about and they were very prompt with communication. The place is very nice, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a few people, especially if you'll be spending lots of time out of the house during the day. Enough room to enjoy comfortably, but not too much where it's excessive. We love the basement area. We booked this house last year and decided to go back again this year and we're glad we did!”

“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

“Dolly’s Haven was the perfect place to relax while visiting Huber Heights. The rooms were cute and beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were clean and functional. We didn’t use the game room much but it was full of activities to keep us busy if we wanted something to do”

The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!”

“We found the listing of the property to be very accurate. The beds were comfortable and all the improvements made to the house made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of parking behind the garage around back. The host was very quick in their responses to any questions that we had.”

“Place was clean with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, complete bathroom, king size bed, and even a piano. Place was located in historical neighborhood. Would stay again lots of close restaurants within walking distance. Owner is attentive Would not recommend with young children.”

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....
