“Ice machines readily accessible.”

“This was my second stay. Wyatt took great care of me and my family. Although we were there to visit a family member in ICU for a few days. He made sure we were close together and had everything we needed.”

“入住时特意要求需要安静房间，接待帅哥说房间十分安静。入住后发现：房间半地下，有车辆、行人经过都会有声响，尤其当有轨电车经过时……😡😡😡😡，窗户无法关闭严实，有缝隙，室内窗台全是灰尘！很不好的一次住宿体验！晚上噪音吵的睡不着，早上5点钟再被噪音吵醒点评该住宿😡😡😡😡”

“Well, my locked car was broken into inside the locked and 'secure' hotel parking garage. Laptop and other items stolen. Not cool. The parking garage is owned by another company, which has less than stellar customer service - it is impossible to get a call back from them. It appears the entrance to the parking garage also doubles as a public restroom for quite a few individuals. The hotel rooms were okay. The hot tub did not work. The pool was really nasty looking and very cold. Would not stay……

“I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. From the minute I walked in Chelsea greeted me with warm cookies and free water and early check in and room on the top floor! Truly outstanding experience! Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!”

“Everything was fine except we could never get our room cooler than 72°.”

“Awesome place! Friendly staff, good walking area for activities! No complaints”

“Very nice and spacious room. Had a nice morning breakfast. The only downfall was pour water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor.”

“Very disgusted in the state of our room/ property. There were huge stains on the sofa in the common area. There were large holes 8-10” in the blinds from sun rot, stains on the ceiling and the room showed a lot of wear with nicks and gouges in the wood. We shared a bathroom but the towels were left in the bathroom and there were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 4 rooms. This was a BED and BREAKFAST but the host asked us to pay $40 extra for breakfast. He said it was only included in……

“We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and we especially loved the fire pit area and access to the backyard. Just a little note for future guests: there are three apartments in the house, and the washer and dryer are located in a shared common area. The neighbourhood was definitely a highlight! Great restaurants nearby, a lovely atmosphere, and beautiful historic streets lined with incredible character……

“Clean and comfortable in a great location. Quiet quarters. Host was incredible. Easy to communicate with. Wonderful experience.”

“Very well appointed space. We had everything we needed with great air conditioning during the extreme heat of July. Comfortable beds and linens, with ample space for the three of us. Good parking and quiet neighborhood close to attractions we were interested in enjoying. The host was attentive and made certain that we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate to book one of the three apartments.”
