“Booked a room for reggae rise up and upon checking in after the office closed at night It was discovered that the shower would not turn off and had been stuck on hot water for hours. The entire room was a sauna. I was told they had no other rooms. Then a housekeeper went into a room with no lights on and stayed in there for a few minutes and came out saying that they could give us that room which had obviously not cleaned. I was unable to speak to management because they were gone for the night,……
