"The room and bathroom were large and airy. The bed sheets were rough, and top sheet came out from the bottom of the bed while sleeping. No microwave in the room or ice on the floor. We asked the maid to clean the floor when servicing our room because it felt dirty under our feet, and hung the please service room tag on the door when we left for the day. Upon our return, the room hadn't been services at all. We reported it to the front desk when we went to dinner, and still no service when we returned at 10pm. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall."
