"Honestly, the only thing this hotel has to offer is a close proximity to downtown St.Pete. The hallways smell of mildew, the carpet needs to be replaced, the rails on the stairway are caked with dirt, the rug in our room had stains on it, and the doors are dirty. Not to mention you can’t even access the pool which has junk stacked around it and it’s filthy! Also, they don’t have cable , only antenna signal and that was so poor I got no signal in the room. Also, there is a bar in the lobby which it’s functional! If you read this pay the extra money and stay at a much nicer hotel. I know this won’t happen, but a partial refund would be nice or a partially working hotel. "

"We had a walk out room with a beach view which was beautiful. Jamie who helped us with the kayaks was very nice and informative. Outdoor pools were nice, bummer the hot tub was not working. Downfall to the property, not enough beach chairs to accommodate guest and day pass visitors. "

"Room was decent. ZERO water pressure and like warm water at best so that was for sure a down side . Very old establishment for sure. Shower and bathroom was size of a porta potty or smaller so huge turn off - Air wouldn’t get below 72- we moved it Dow multiple times and it just wouldn’t so that sucked for sure . Nice staff just wildly outdated facility… Towels stiff as hell- like they did in the sun versus being actually washed. "
