We also noticed significant water buildup on the toilet seat and cover, which we believe was contributing to the persistent mildew smell. “The home itself was very beautiful. The area felt safe. Instructions were very clean. The owner left us a note and some goodies which was very nice ! The room itself smelled wonderful and you can tell it was cleaned thoroughly. The sheets smelled amazing. ”

“The unit was NOT the same as the one depicted in the photo. Additionally, as soon as we entered the unit, we noticed several examples of damage that we reported immediately. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was actually on the floor; one of the closet doors in the bedroom was improperly installed, loose and dangling from its hinge point; the pantry door had been damaged and had painter's blue tape holding it together. These are only a few examples. I can provide photos if necessary.……
