“We had a very late arrival with the time change and the guy at the front desk was able to get us checked in quickly. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The property feels like its in the process of being updated and there were some signs of that, but overall nice for the price and a great stay and it looks like there is a good effort being made to keep up with things. Very happy with the stay and would definitely stay there again”

“Upon registering at the Hotel, I truly believe that I was not assigned the room I reserved. I suspect this was due to the fac t that I had a service dog. I was greatly anticipating a room in the old section of this hotel with a river view. The room assigned was marginally adequate. There were NO amenities in the room. Some of the furnishings were worn and old. The room was smaller than anticipated. Bathroom are was extremely small and the shower was even smaller - prompting one to literally……

“They put us in a room right on the second floor above the entrance doors, and every time the doors opened and closed it sounded like kids stomping on bleachers. We couldn’t look out our window because we were on the second floor above the main entrance, all we could see was concrete from the roof One of us had long hair in the bed around his feet. I was very disappointed. The place looked really nice on the outside and inside, but they knew our room was right above the doors and they chose to……
