“We had a non- smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was still ashes on the bed nightstand. I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. Carpet was old, stained and had holes in spots. Inside of kitchen cabinets had dead bugs and garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Beds were……

“Self check in. Never saw anyone but was sent two messages. First instructed us that we were in room 8 only to receive second message a couple of hours later saying we were instructed that room 10 was our room. I replied that we were in room 8 and we stayed there but never received a reply back.
Everything worked good with check in process.”
