“Everything was great, except for the fact that the hotel doesn’t make it clear you cannot show up past 3 AM or your stay is voided with no refund. And if anything of this nature happens, do not expect the staff to be helpful. They won’t even apologize to you, just offer for you to pay for another room. This hotel was fine, everything was fine besides lack of understanding and sympathy from staff.”

“No place to park at check in and not staff offered to help. Ultimately needed to park offsite and carry luggage from the offsite parking. Ate at the restaurant and after being served was ignored. Waited over 20 minutes after completing the meal and finally had to go to the bar to ask for containers and to pay our check. Not impressed and will not go back.”

“Location was very convenient for all our visits to various attractions, especially the art, and pottery stores on market street that we were able to walk to. We had a suite, which was over $200 a night with tax, and we thought that was a little expensive.”
