“Loooved the pool. Clean room, friendly staff.”

“Matt was professional and kind. He was quick to assist me with an issue regarding the room. More specifically, my first room wasn't very clean, hair and debris was in the bathroom. I got a second room, it was cleaner but the fridge defrosted overnight, so I woke up to water on the floor of the room. When I spoke to a lady at the front desk that morning she said that was typical. She was nonchalant so I presumed it really was a regular occurence. Nevertheless that amount of defrosting in a……
