“Hot breakfast was gone at 9am and there was no where for my family to sit when we got there. With signs saying you cant take the breakfast outside the breakfast area. There was mold by the pool. Cleaning ladys kept entering our room before we checked out and asking if we were done with the room everytime we walked out of our room. They wouldnt let us swim in the pool after check out. There were no elevators.”
