“Great service and great hotel”

“We’ve stayed here several times before. The hotel has been very tastefully remodeled. Breakfast options are not typical but terrific. My only complaints are the hot water takes forever to get warm and once it does it’s way too hot and can’t be turned down no matter how much you turn the hot/cold dial up or down. We have had this problem before in a different room and thought is was an anomaly . Also, although the location is downtown and near some great food spots there are a lot of homeless……

“Great stay. The hotel is perfectly located for most of the places to visit in Great Falls and the setting is fantastic. The staff were super friendly and professional and the property in great condition. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and a view of the river. Free breakfast was good and 24 coffee and hot drinks a nice surprise.”

“There were no towels at all in the room, half roll of toilet paper when try to call the front desk the room phone didn't even work, woke up to nabors pounding on other doors, was not impressed at all..”

“No window lock on ground level room”

“We had an amazing stay. Staff was great we will stay at this location again for sure.”
