Our recent stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Helena was deeply disappointing and fell far short of even basic hospitality standards.
Cleanliness Issues: The lack of cleanliness was alarming, both inside the rooms and throughout the exterior property areas. It was clear that proper housekeeping and deep cleaning are not being prioritized.
Severe Maintenance Failures: To make matters worse, we had no hot water during our stay. When we inquired about the amenities, we were shocked to hear from staff that the hot tub hasn't even worked in a very long time.
Lack of Basic Supplies: During our stay, we actually overheard staff informing another guest that there were no clean towels left on the entire property.
For a recognized brand like Wyndham, this level of neglect is completely unacceptable. We expected a safe, clean, and functional room, but none of those basic needs were met. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
