"Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. A/C in odd place under the sink counter. Bathroom toilet would run every 5 min. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Ice machine didn’t work. Decent place to sleep for the money. "

"Our biggest issue was the air conditioning barely worked. It was very hot in the room, even when I set the AC to 60. The shower had stains, the trim was loose on the faucets, our pillows did not smell like they had been cleaned, and the staff when we checked in was very short with us and not personalable. And the lady when we checked out couldn’t pull her nose from her phone long enough to hear of our issues. The list goes on, but we will not be staying there again. "

"We stayed at Black Ridge for our spring break, coming from West Virginia, and it was amazing! The inside of the cabin was even better than we expected, very clean, and most basic amenities were already provided for! It’s not to far from most places, like garden of the gods and cave-in-rock; and, exploring the forest behind it as college students was great, and we found plenty of things to take home with us. "
