“Unfortunately, the property was experiencing hot-water issues, which the owners knew about. When we first arrived after a 6 hr drive, we did not have hot water, and did not get hot water until late the next day. We were informed by the plumber that this issue affected previous renters, and I would encourage the owners to have it fully resolved before renting again. ”

“What a fantastic property! Top notch hosts as well. We've stayed at a number of vacation rentals and this one ranks with the best. The owners thought of everything. Clean, well-appointed unit with loads of space to stretch out and enjoy vacation. Communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze. If we visit the area again, we'll look no further!”

“Stunning Bay Views & Perfect Layout at Chick’s Beach!Rating: Our family had a wonderful stay! Being on the bay side, we loved the peaceful sound of the waves and the incredible views. Having three separate outdoor spaces was a huge plus for us, and having three bathrooms made it very comfortable for the whole family.The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy. We also really appreciated how prompt the host was when a neighbor accidentally blocked our parking space—they handled it……

“Check in was easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to make meals. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Laundry detergent and washer/dryer are always helpful as I like to do laundry before returning home. Being right on the beach is always non-negotiable here when we visit so that was great. Only thing I missed is having a deck to overlook the ocean and the beds were nice but a tad too firm for me. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive……

“2br, 2 bath with efficiency kitchen, 3 tv’s to keep the family busy. 1 exit away from Walmart, restaurants and easy highway access. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly as well. We’d definitely book here again.”

“Exactly as described and well equipped. Occasionally the neighbors were very loud. A leak above the shower from upstairs required 3 days of work but all fixed. Having parking privileges in the city garage across the street makes it all possible, without it parking is expensive or impossible. It is still a bit pricey but first class overall.”
