“Very nice house. Outdoor area and pool were wonderful. Loved the outdoor TV. Could use some more cooking dishware, but very minor issue. Would happily stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Just as described. Fenced in yard in back. A nice touch is a welcome basket. The only issue was the microwave went out but the problem was fixed right away. The only suggestion would be more information about how to handle trash since we stayed for 1 week with cats.”

“Our host was great ! The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the weekend getaway. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“My group (two families with teenagers) travels frequently to ride our mountain bikes around Florida. We loved having access to the garage to store our bikes. The location was 15 minutes from the Vortex at Santos, with grocery and restaurants along the way. The game tables (foosball, air hockey, and pool) were a hit with all ages, and the swing set, screened porch, and bedrooms full of bunk beds gave lots of space.”

“Location was close to family who live in the villages. Property is great for dogs, almost too big! The host provided plenty of general necessities like toilet paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Wi-Fi was finicky and would stop working from time to time. Tv in the master bedroom only allowed prime video and Netflix as options, but the tv in the living room could airplay or add any additional apps you want to use.”

“4 couples traveled to the area for Leesburg Bikefest, owners were very communicative and timely in their responses. Place was spotless and a fun welcoming layout. Would definitely stay there again!!”

“It was a work trip and we didn’t get to enjoy the house much. It’s a very nice house but was missing amenities listed in the advertisement. I talked to the owner and she said that she didn’t list those amenities and would have to check out why they was listed”

“Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again.”
