“This is an elevated, older home on the water. Its elevation provides excellent views from the waterfront porch. The house is well maintained and equipped. Since it is elevated, it did not suffer damage from the recent hurricanes, as did neighboring residences. One of the docks was replaced; the fish cleaning station was rebuilt, but it is not screened in. No internet was a bit of a hassle, but strong 5G reception offset it.The only negative was that the listed TV and Spectrum connection did not...

“Beautiful views and nice clean property:) If planning on taking out the kayaks provided make sure to make note of the tide schedule. We didnt amd ended up coming back during low tide. It was a muddy mess and would not recommend that experience lol. The kayaks are super nice though. The ride around the islands was peaceful and beautiful. We saw the pink spoonbill birds and opsreys”
