I don’t expect constant communication, but it would’ve been helpful to hear back more quickly—especially since the A/C didn’t work properly for the first few nights. Maintenance eventually came and fixed it, but it was frustrating, and even after that, it kept resetting to 84 in the middle of the night.There were also a few cleanliness issues.
