"Listing was advertised as having a heated pool and it wasn’t. Contacted VRBO and they refunded our money and helped us find a property that had the amenities we were looking for. Otherwise property was fairly new and clean although minimally stocked - no hangers in the closet, few utensils in the kitchen."
