"Wheelchair accessible room was great, with the exception of the television that showed a permanent bar across the bottom with the channel selection and time and a closed caption up top that never went away nor changed. Customer service was severely lacking, as the woman who checked me in was downright miserable. The registration office was not wheelchair accessible nor was the registration desk. I was unable to reach the credit card swiper. I had read a review before I came here regarding the breakfast selection, but I didn't believe it until I saw it with my own eyes, not that I could get my own breakfast because the front office was not wheelchair accessible if you recall. I did however see someone walked by with Pop tarts and nutri-grain bars, just as warned! All in all, I don't care how cheap it was, I would not come back!"

"Was woken up around 3am by an employee of the hotel trying to open the door to my room. Luckily i had the door latch in place to prevent it from fully opening. I walked to the door amd asked through the door what they wanted. He stated he was an employee there and said they didnt ha e a record of anyone registered to my room and asked for my name. I gave him my name and he left. Needless to say i had trouble falling back asleep after that odd, discomforting encounter. Then later im the morning i was woken up again by the guests in the room next to me screaming at each other for 15 min or so. I wont be staying at this property again. I wanted to bring this up to a manager or employee at check out but there was no one in sight at the front desk. "

"Parking was a hassle- never available close and not enough. Requested to have room cleaned daily, only managed to get service once in 7 days there. Told front desk we were checking out early due to their bad service and all they said was “alright”. No apology or good intention offered. We were there to visit my mom at the hospital- would not stay there again."

"The air conditioner's sound is too loud,even you can feel the sound vibration on the bed."

"It was in a good area around restaurants and stores. The only negatives we experienced were the water pressure was terrible and their water fountain to refill your water bottle had a terrible taste like the filter needed to be changed. "

"The tables in the eating area were all worn down. They need a paint job or new tables. The elevator was out of service. The ice machine on the 2nd floor not working. The place needs an overall upgrade"
