“The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, so helpful for a long stay. There is a dining table inside and out, both comfortable and large. A lot of little extras, individually wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, bug spray in case you needed, very thoughtful.”

“Perfect house for our family; two young daughters and dog! The home was stocked with all kitchen tools, spices, and coffee station with Keurig pods. Every bathroom had all toiletries; toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Our family used the beach wagon, sand rug, chairs, and sand toys for beach days a convenient walk away. The owner was very responsive to our comfort and easy to communicate with, replacing the grill outside to enjoy an already great backyard!……

“The entire experience from start to finish has been nothing but amazing. The host is very accommodating and will bend over backwards within reason for her guests. The place is beautiful and a short walk from bars and restaurants, but just far enough away to where it’s quiet and you can get a great night sleep. We had both sides of the duplex, cause we had a very large party with us and everybody in our party enjoyed the stay in the backyard. Area is very awesome for kids fenced completely and……

“Perfect location. 2 minute walk and you're in the sand at the beach! i think the property could use an update as the whole property is pretty outdated which you'll notice as soon as you walk in. Besides that, it had everything we needed and the beds were actually comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay.”

“The interior of this home is lovely. It has all the bells and whistles like high end gas stove, double sinks, beds with soft linens, upgraded kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, and easy keyless entry. The pool was also very clean and a fun place to lounge. Of special note was Elizabeth, who was super quick to respond to my questions, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place.”

“Very quiet location. The house pictured in the ad is not the rental. The outside needs some TLC and the stove and surrounding area needs a good cleaning.”
