“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“ The Hotel was reasonable. The Check in manager was helpful. They do have a $100 deposit policy. They will return the deposit if there is no damage.There is a $10 parking fee per night. It is not secured parking but the check in manager said we could park our car outside our room. With the price of the hotel, the parking is very fair.They do mention the deposit and parking on an email prior to arriving. The view of the Susquehanna River was nice and relaxing. We did not spend a lot of time in……

“Very good hotel! Strongly recommend! Front desk clerk is very nice, very quick check in process. Room is big, sunny, very clean and quiet. Shower water is hot and enough pressure. Bed is clean and very comfortable. Lots of eat for breakfast.”
