“The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the hotel is in a convenient location, about 8 minutes from Hersheypark. The room was a good size and had enough space for our stay. However, the hotel overall did not feel very clean. We noticed food on multiple floors, and there was water on the floors from people coming from the pool, including in the elevator. The room also needed some maintenance. The bathtub handle and shower head should be fixed, and the air conditioner was too……

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”

“Very nice stay. Staff was helpful but could use extra help to bring extra towels and such to a room if needed. The complimentary breakfast was great and well supplied. Room was efficient for our needs.will stay here again.”

“The place was awesome. Our room was neat and clean and that shower. The walk-in shower was amazing. The staff there were so nice to us, the only issue we had was our TV was not functioning, but that was due to some issue that they had after they lost power as did most people during this week. Would highly recommend anyone staying there?”

“Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.”

“Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned.”
