“Nice hotel, seem to be friendly reception. However twice I asked for linen since we had someone sleeping on a couch and twice they never came. The service was with a smile but the buck was passed and no one ever came and it happened twice, two nights in a row. The response was "Oh but I told someone to do it" in other words they never took ownership. Bad move!”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“Great hotel for the price. Clean and updated. The beds weren't the most comfortable, as I personally don't like firm beds...but that certainly won't deter me from staying here again. I like the location as well. It's hidden and felt safe.”
