"This property is unfortunately very dated, that isn’t immediately obvious from the pictures. Also, we were charged for a daily parking fee, this should have been noted at reservation time since the amount disclosed said includes all fees and taxes. "

"The shuttle was not helpful it stopped before my filght came in and did not leave early enough for my flight going out. "

"The condition of the room was disappointing for the price I was charged along with an additional $100 for “incidentals”. The air conditioning was a unit in the wall that was old and worked poorly. Smelled musty in the room. There were food or mold stains on the walls. Only positive factor, no bugs! Never again!"

"The area was OK not much around that would be walkable.. The pool was kind of small and the pool area was definitely small with dated furniture. It was definitely not enough room for all the buildings. The view was very nice. The sunsets were amazing. The food at the pool bar was OK. You can’t swim in the bay"

"My view of the bay was beautiful. The room was was beautiful, however, I could hear my neighbors’ conversation. I had an adjoining room and the doors were not soundproof."

"Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed."
