“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“Great communication on booking, deposit and access of property and room. Location is great to access downtown museums and many restaurants close by. The apartment and overall property was clean and well maintained. Wish i could have made use of kitchen more but my stay was short and too many options for eating out. Bedroom was quiet and comfy. Bathroom clean and neat. Helpful signs placed in areas with qr codes in case you need quick communication with staff and management. Nicely decorated……
