This is the dirtiest and rundown Hampton Inn I had stayed. We couldn't sleep because some kids running, jumping and screaming in the middle of the night. The breakfast is super sad and it was almost gone at 9. The front desk was friendly and helpful but the breakfast lady was impatient and rude.

The hotel staff was very nice, the property is well maintained and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. They even have a nice hello on the TV welcoming you. There is a nice continental breakfast that is offered with a waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, muffins, sausage, oatmeal, and juice. There is also coffee and tea station that is available 24 hours. The breakfast seating area is also nice with comfortable tables and hiboy seating with connections for your laptop or other devices.

Front desk staff were all excellent! Our room was very clean, but the common areas of the hotel were not. The pool was "murky", the gym had dirty towels on the floor and used water bottles (I realize this was due to poor behaviours of guests, but perhaps housekeeping could come through the area several times a day), the floor of the elevators was dirty, the garbage can on our floor was full and overflowing.

Rude Front desk. We (4 people) were given a noisy, 1 king room with a broken main door, beside the elevator instead of a 2 bed room as we bought through Expedia. Earlier that day I did the online check in and my room was available. However at the time of arrival, we were told that no other room was available y basically we should be glad with the given room. Unfortunately, a bad experience

I felt few staff members were rude and partial and Looks like they were not treating everyone equally. However, receptionist at the time of checkin had welcomed us very well and treated us nicely. While staff at the time of checkout was average.

I don't like to complain, especially about small things, BUT when there a too many small things, it really is a problem. First, the door to our room was almost impossible to open because either the door or frame was bent. Once inside, there was a little musty smell. Third issue was we didn't have any toilet paper in the bathroom. Again, I know it's a small thing, but how do you overlook that? I thought to myself, it's ok, I'll just call down to the front desk to ask for some, but the phone didn't work. So I had to make the trip down and ask in person. Last, but not least, the TV wasn't working correctly either. I know this all may sound petty, but after traveling all day, it's unfortunate to have to deal with so many small things.

The carpet was stained and the bathroom floor was dirty. They sent someone to clean the floor. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Housekeeping knocked lightly and entered the room while we were in bed. I believe they had the incorrect check out date.

There was “Zero” help from front desk to solve the problems with my room. Worste experience 1) Room had very bad smell and front desk didn’t had room fresher. 2) Room didn’t had proper ventilation but there was no maintenance people available 3) Bathroom gas was not working.
