“No cell phone coverage very weak internet, many spiders in bedroom and shower, missing shower head toilet shut off faulty ladder on dock very loose grill and microwave not good overall this property needs a lot of attention before it should be rented”

“This property was more than we could have hoped for. It was me, my wife, and our dog. I particularly liked the quiet location where the dog and I could explore without worrying about traffic on our long walks. Pretty convenient to town yet very secluded. The 100 year old concrete bridge that leads to the property is fantastic. We would love to stay again the next time we come to Maryville. ”

“We were in Maryville with Daughter and Granddaughters before and while they went to Montvale Camp. Very close by and convenient. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. While they were at camp, we went to Cades Cove Stables for a Carriage Ride and on another day we drove into Gatlinburg to look at rentals for another TN trip. Elijah was very helpful. We had a nice dinner at Aubreys. We had groceries delivered from Kroger and we got best price on gas at Kroger fuel.”
