“My husband and I came to attend a medical conference. The rooms at the conference venue were very expensive with lots of extra costs. We found this place online and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location from conference was about 15-20min drive. The unit was as described. Bed was comfortable. Good AC. Quiet location. The only thing that was a title off was, the previous renter didn’t leave the parking pass, so we were afraid of getting a ticket, as you have to park in the street.……

“The pluses: good location for ASU, but next time I would choose downtown Tempe for better vibe. Large apartment, good kitchen, nice gym and pool. Lockbox was handy. No loud parties and tenants (students) were very friendly.The negatives: key for the pool and gym, and back up key were not in the lockbox or apartment. We chose the apartment for the gym. Contact with the owners was patchy and we didn’t get the keys until 4 days into our 6 day stay. There is a leasing office, but they don’t……

“We went to see our son who is graduating from ASU in May. Just a quick weekend visit. The location was great. Enjoyed watching crew races from the balcony. The best find was100 Mile Brewing Company - a short walk away. We went for dinner and joined their running club on Sunday morning - followed by Brunch. ”

“The condo is super cute and clean. The location was perfect and I loved how secure the building felt including the secure parking. Huge bonus! Easy to get around and great access to walking trails. The stairwells and hallways are very dirty but the unit itself is great. The screening and check in process was a bit clunky and excessive requiring multiple attempts to complete a verification process leading up to arrival. ”

“It was great for my wife, son and me. Parking is a little tight if you have a big vechile like me, but do able. Seems like a nice neighborhood. It was very comfortable. Would stay there again if we ever make it that way. They kept in touch with us when would message them.”

“Very nice place, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, fun decor, close to ASU. Not a lot of storage space in bathroom but that is a minor point. I hope to stay there again!”
