“We got there and theyd over booked the apartment so had to folliw a guy across the other side of town, it was ok not exceptional wasnt cleaned properly, was ok for one night and the price ”

“The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! ”

“Staff are great, both the breakfast service and dinner service were above what I would expect. They are always looking to help, they are very polite and easy to talk to. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and made the process of booking in very easy, answered any questions and needs we had, which is very nice. Room is very relaxed, a lot of really nice lighting choices. The bathroom is big and very modern and clean, mirror is a standout in that respect, very good. They provide a kettle,……
