“Hotel was nice, clean rooms. Tried to use spa facilities but were not able due to swimming lessons which we did not know were happening and did not expect from a hotel. The reception doors are locked after 11pm and we had to phone security to be let in. ”

“I recently stayed here for a training event. The facilities were generally ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Some parts of the property do feel a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The main issue I had was with the shower in my room, which had no cold water at all and was boiling hot. Unfortunately, I only discovered this in the morning, so there wasn’t really time for it to be fixed before I had to leave.”

“Very helpful staff, managed to check into our room early, however there was a cost. Came back after 10pm and only parking was disabled or electric charging which as we'd paid for parking we were entitled to use, but I did go and check.”
