“As I forgot to read all the instructions sent by Expedia…, I called. Someone picked up, drove me thru and in I was. Strongly recommend. 1/4 mile away from the evening hot spots.”

“This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend. My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. ”

Ce qui a aussi rendu notre séjour des plus agréables était le personnel sur place! Très accueillant et chaleureux, disponible en tout temps en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation si vous séjournez à Sagres.”

“Excellent customer service”

“We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. Unfortunately the maids had……

“Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty! No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. ”

Habitaciones, relax total, un acantilado a 30 segundos con unas vistas preciosas, y el personal del hotel ayudando siempre recomendandote sitios impresionantes para visitar. Si vuelvo a Algarve, sin duda volveria a venir a este hotel, nos volvemos muy satisfechos a Barcelona!”
