“brekfast was good and very welcoming by stuff, spa nasty, very dirty, the only bes thing about this property is the beach, it has the best beach view. facility never ever a 5 star never never, not even a 3 star, very old dated furniture in the room, nasty rooms, tiny nasty showers like a refuge camp, outside patio by the otdoor pool you can easy fall down from old deck wood by walking, stuff perfect, beach perfect, breakfast good. the rest is very poor”

“We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of……
