“Beautiful and great location.”

“Clean room and pool area etc, front desk was great and friendly! As for the some other issues was around 4:00 in after by pool side they ran out of seafood and meat to eat so you where very limited what you could eat. The lady behind the counter was rude to my husband and I . The beds were okay . No comforter just a sheet to cover you , so my husband went to the car to get the blankets we brought to cover us at night . Great walking distance down to the town for supper and tour around people……

“It's a 5 star hotel and it shows. It is large, has plenty of amenities and resources for the guests. A few restaurants and a bar (admittedly we didn't get to try any). The breakfast was good. The pool was nice and comforting on the hot days we had. The hotel room was very spacious. And the bathroom was larger than I'm used to. We'd been in other hotels durong our Portugal trip that were quite small, so this was a welcome change. Overall we loved this hotel. I saw other reviews mention the hotel……

“The apartment were big and nice decorate. Parking was easy to find but we were in low season. The only thing I think is important to mention is that after confirming the booking, I received a request to pay via an external link. Although it turned out to be legitimate and safe, it did cause me a few days of stress as I wasn’t sure at first. I contacted Hotels.com support several times and also emailed the resort directly to confirm. That said, everything was resolved, and we will definitely be……

“Unser Aufenthalt im 5-Sterne Tivoli Resort war leider alles andere als angenehm. Zimmer & Anreise: Bei Ankunft bekamen wir zunächst ein Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer. Die Klimaanlage war jedoch defekt und die Raumtemperatur blieb trotz mehrfacher Prüfung über 30 °C. Nach langer Wartezeit erfolgte ein Zimmerwechsel – das zweite Zimmer war nicht sauber, das Bad voller Haare. Erst beim dritten Versuch erhielten wir ein bezugsfertiges Zimmer, diesmal in der ursprünglich gebuchten Kategorie.……

“Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect. When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. The next day the kitchen towel was taken and not replaced. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different……

“Amazing hotel. The best in Alvor at a completely different level. Superb pool area no rushing for sunbeds and pools x 3 are amazing. Right on the beach front this place is and the most chilled experience for a holiday. Will definitely return.”

“Super belle place, le personnel est sympathique. Le plancher aurait pu etre plus propre et c'est un peu vieillot mais confo. Il faut payer pour profiter d'un parasole a la piscine sur le bord de la mer :( Les 2 restos sur le domaine sont tres bien et le marché est un bon dépanneur”
