“We read reviews as to what to expect, and we got exactly that. The stand out the member of staff was Jose, who was head and shoulders above other members of the Hotel team. The initial room had a stench about it when we first walked in, but given the room has quite nice views, we decided to put the smell down to the room perhaps not being aired, so decided not to say anything. “Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty!
No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. ”

“We were promised check in at 4pm and if we checked in after 7pm, then they would charge us additional…well, the apartment wasn’t even cleaned till 7:30pm! Even after that, it had a bad odor from it, my wife and daughter refused to stay there so we left! It honestly looked like a very shady place to stay! The bathroom with the round jacuzzi tub was just that, no shower. Maybe if we were back in college on a limited budget, but definitely on at this stage of my life! Location was good and it……
