“Clean room yes staff excellent amenities excellent when we arrived my husband and me from concord they received us like coming to home every staff member were very friendly. When we went with are kids to have fun we noticed that the housekeeper came in and put new towels in our bathroom didn’t expect that but appreciate it thank you elements staff god bless you see you soon.”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“The property is beautifully kept, rooms are spotless, and it is advertised as it truly is. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciated there was always hot coffee and hot water provided in the lobby along with creamers and hot cocoa mix for anyone staying there. There is even a mini market available in the lobby. Great workout room with many machines and equipment to get workouts in - especially last weekend in November, it was too cold outside to walk. But when the sun is out,……
